Holmes Pharmacy has long been a staple of LaGrange and the surrounding area.  Originally opened in 1952 by John Allen Holmes Sr., the pharmacy was located on 111 Main Street in LaGrange.  Holmes Pharmacy quickly became known for its quality customer service, along with the soda shop where many fond memories were made.  Eventually the store was sold to Danny Toth and relocated to its current location at 136 Commerce Avenue where Perry Prather was a partner and pharmacist.  Over the course of coming years Perry Prather would purchase the pharmacy from Mr. Toth and become the sole owner.  In 2003, Perry Prather opened a location in Hamilton, GA, and in 2018, an additional LaGrange location was opened in Sawmill Plaza.  Holmes is dedicated to providing hometown service and is here for all of your needs, questions and concerns.
